So the other night, I was fiddling and diddling with my plant babies on the back porch. A basil had some pretty badly blemished leaves on it, to where I figured I ought to pinch said leaves off so that healthier ones could regrow. But this time, the plant's spirit asked that I put the ones I pinched off to good use, rather than just tossing em like I normally do.
So I came up with a concept which I am now dubbing the herbal yeet. You take a fistful of some sort of corresponding herb for a spell, cleanse/charge/set it with intent. But instead of making the herb itself the spell's focus like a normal charged object, you set to cast it by the act of throwing it somewhere. Just out into the yard is what I did, but I guess you can do it anywhere outside for the same purpose. But the point is to throw that shit as far as you can, and focus on that act being the release of the spell to do what you want it to do. Hence why it is a yeet. Don't judge me.
